Colby’s areas of interest and expertise include: speed, agility, flexibility, strength, endurance, and weight loss.
He has exceptional skill, knowledge, and ability in program design for all ages and training programs for groups as well as individuals.
In addition to organizing and running his own “Fit Camp” Colby has facilitated training programs for
Canfield High School’s Varsity basketball and lacrosse teams, their middle school lacrosse team, and Canfield’s Little League Football Program.
