Areas of interest and expertise include: speed, agility, flexibility, strength, endurance, and weight loss. I have an exceptional skill, knowledge, and ability to design programs for all ages and training programs for groups as well.

 

In addition to organizing and running my own “Fit Camp” Top Dog Personal Training LLC has facilitated training programs for Canfield High School’s Varsity basketball and lacrosse teams, their middle school lacrosse team, and Canfield’s Little League Football Program.

When I first started working out with Colby the weight god (name in my phone).  I learned quickly my definition of working out was completely different than his. I personally watched my Squat go from 187lbs. to 475lbs. at 37 years of age. The fear of failing myself is what kept me at bay for so long and why I didn't get results earlier.
