A: The best type of cardio to do when looking to lower body fat and lose weight is high intensity training. Why, because this type of calories you burn the most calories and continue to burn throughout the day even once the workout is done.
Q: Same days I cannot make it to the gym and am confined to the house. What can be done to still get a good workout?
A: Long as you have space executing body weight exercises will give you a great workout in a short amount of time. Get creative and do exercises such as jumping jacks, burpees, etc. just be sure to keep the heart rate elevated.
A: To receive best results it is recommended that you perform between 55 to 85% of your heart rate max.
A: This depends on your individual goals and time that you have throughout the week. I recommend that my clients exercise a minimum of 3 days a week with proper nutrition.
A: Every person is different, and each body responds different to different programs. But if maximum effort is giving in the gym and proper diet as well, usually 2 weeks in you will begin to see a change.
